This is based on the long experience gained by the associates at Doriq, coupled with a unique approach to the deployment of EA resources. Where necessary, these start-up capabilities will be extended to include ensuring the necessary enterprise-level commitment to EA, by engaging with senior management stakeholders at the client.

Our overall approach can be described as knowledge-centric. The way in which EA-relevant knowledge is gathered, controlled and used is the single most important factor when assessing an organisation's chances of success. We have built a comprehensive generic model of EA knowledge, coupled with an agile methology for setting up and maintaining the EA function. Both these components have been designed to be rapidly deployed and integrated with other tools or methods which may be used at the client site.
