Our Value Proposition

The value offered by Doriq to their clients will take a number of forms, and depend on a number of factors. A simple schematic of the value chain for EA consultancy of the type offered by our partnership is shown in the figure above.

In summary:

  • Doriq will provide the capability to implement an EA practice within a compressed timeframe, to their primary client (the EA function and their direct sponsors within the client organisation)
  • The client EA function will provide value to their IT function, through definition and deployment of EA practices, and maintenance of a common repository of knowledge;
  • The client IT function will provide enhanced value to the client enterprise as a whole, through applying EA techniques and knowledge to the provision of higher-quality, more robust and cost effective IT solutions to their problems.

In practice, the value proposition at each stage will be more complex, owing to the number of factors involved. As with any organisation, it is important for reach to have a clear agreed picture of the value that they offer right along their supply chain, in order to establish a clear set of priorities for developing and operating their business.
